Every engagement opens with a written scope: outcomes (what changes for you), deliverables (what we hand over), milestones, fee, and a fixed timeline. Nothing starts before both sides sign.

What are realistic timelines?

A focused MVP — 4 to 8 weeks. A production-grade system with on-call coverage — 3 to 6 months. We never quote one week for work that needs six, and we tell you up front when a target is unrealistic.

How does pricing work?

Fixed-price for clearly scoped deliverables; time-and-materials for exploratory or research-heavy work. Retainers for post-launch support. Either way, you see the rate, the hours, and the milestone before any money moves.

How do you communicate during a project?

A shared Slack or Discord channel, a weekly written progress note, and a calendar invite for a 30-minute sync. You should never have to ask where this is at — the answer is always one message away.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, mutual NDAs before any sensitive technical or commercial detail is shared. Boilerplate or your template — your call.

Who owns the deliverables?

30 days of free defect fixes for anything we shipped. Beyond that, support is via a monthly retainer (priced honestly per the scope) or a one-off rate for incident response.

Do you work with clients outside Nepal?

Yes. Time-zone overlap is the main constraint — UTC+5:45 gives us morning overlap with Europe and evening overlap with the US East coast. Most of our written work is in English; we can also work in Nepali and Hindi.

Anything in adtech tracking, dark-pattern UX, fully autonomous high-stakes decisions without human review, or where the brief is make me an AI just like ChatGPT. We say no early so neither of us wastes time.
